Newsletter Timers provides tools to create animated countdown timer GIF images for use in emails, newsletters, and websites. The Service generates these images dynamically each time they are requested, displaying a real-time countdown to a user-specified date and time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR)
• Create timers that contain or promote illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content

• Use automated tools to excessively request timer images in a manner that degrades service for other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Newsletter Timers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and configurations you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and serve your timer configurations solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Timer Image Usage

Timer images generated by the Service are served from our servers each time they are requested. You may embed these images in your emails, newsletters, and websites. You understand that timer images require an active internet connection to load and that their availability depends on the continued operation of our Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Termination of your account will result in the deletion of your timers, and any embedded timer images will no longer function.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
